Description of Service
flowright provides a website with information about our insurance operations platform. Currently, the Service includes a marketing website and waitlist signup. Additional features will be made available in future releases.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service, or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of flowright and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
